This class welcomes practitioners with a foundation in yoga, and offers a moderate pace, incorporating movement, breathwork, and exploration of diverse poses. Start the day off with an energizing vinyasa flow, breath, and an intention for your day!
We will start by checking in with our breath, body, and mind, and mobilize our joints and muscles. Then we'll flow through energizing sun salutations into standing poses, and work towards some more challenging asanas, like inversions, back bends, deep twists, or balancing poses. We’ll cool down and finish with pranayama, and Savasana, and set an intention for the day ahead. You will leave feeling energized, focused, and balanced.
